    Based in the tiny region of Saint Georges, a satellite of Saint Emilion, Château Terre Bleue is a beautifuly situated estate renowned for the purity of its blue clay soils (hence its name).

     

    Its vines, mostly over 40 years old, produce very concentrated grapes, with some old-timers, planted by the current owner's grandfather,that date back to the early 1880s. These lend real depth and complexity to the wine.

     

    Decant the wine an hour before serving and enjoy with roast pork, venison or hard cheeses.
